Privacy Policy
Daisuke Kawashima (an individual; the "Operator") sets forth this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the smartphone application "Odekake Note" (the "App"), as follows.
1. Information Collected

The App does not require input of directly identifying personal information such as name or phone number (this Policy will be revised if account features are added in the future).
2. Where Information Is Stored
1. Plans, memos, and settings created are, in principle, stored on the device and are not sent to the Operator's servers.
2. When performing AI-based plan generation, map display, weather retrieval, or nearby spot search, the entered conditions (location, date/time, purpose, etc.) are sent to external APIs (AI API, map services, weather services, etc.) for processing. This transmitted content does not include directly identifying personal information such as a name.
3. Provision to Third Parties
Except where required by law, the Operator will not provide information it has collected to third parties without the user's consent.
4. Use of External Services
The App may use the following external services. The handling of information by each service follows that service's own privacy policy.
・AI APIs for AI-based plan generation
・Google Maps Platform, etc., for map display and place search
・Weather APIs such as Open-Meteo for weather information
・Browser notification features for delivering notifications
5. Handling of Location Information
1. Location information is collected only when the user has granted permission in the App or in the device settings.
2. Location information is used only for nearby search, travel time calculation, and setting meeting places, and is not used for any other purpose.
3. Users may revoke location permission at any time from the device settings. If revoked, features that rely on the current location will no longer be available.
6. Data Deletion
1. Users can individually delete created plans and memos using the deletion feature within the App.
2. When the App is uninstalled, data stored on the device is deleted (except where it may be restored through device backup features, etc.).
7. Information of Minors
When a minor uses the App, they must do so with the consent of a parent or other legal guardian.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Operator may change the content of this Policy as necessary. The revised content takes effect once announced within the App or by a method designated by the Operator.
